Not just humans who throng JPO

Flies as huge as Kate Middleton's engagement ring also cannot resist the shopping attraction of JPO. They were everywhere(over the Christmas weekend), from inside the display drawers to the well-pressed jackets-leaving out the word 'clean' here- lining the racks.
While the source of the endless supply of flies is not known, one can't help but notice that a toilet (relatively clean) is located right next to the brightly-lit food court which was like a resort to the flies. Instead of checking out the food offerings, more time was spent eyeing where the flies chilled out at.

JPO must prepare herself for busy weekends

During the Christmas weekend, driving into the JPO sprawling car park took 20-30 mins worth of waiting and engine idling time.
There were so many people in the popular brand stores (Gap, Guess, Emporio Armani...) that the shops looked like busy wet markets more than 'premium outlets'. Many items on display also looked quite old/not new and most had only one piece available - out of stock or staff not replacing the items quick enough?
The queues outside Coach and Burberry were so daunting that many people decided not to queue and left.

Familiar sight for many who's been to Bugis Junction...An alternative fun to keep your kids entertained and erm, WET at JPO. Do bring along some extra clothing and towels if they really would like to keep cool this way!
